Free write as many answers as you get to these questions.
Write as fast as you can preferably by hand on paper.
I deeply desire________ [it might be something pretty vulnerable].
I subconsciously reject this because deep down I'm afraid if I have it I will...
I sabotage it because deep down I'm afraid if I have it I won't...
I'm afraid if I have it, other people will...
I'm afraid if I have it, other people won't...
Lather, rinse, repeat.
You might need to do this every day for a few weeks to realize what's happening in the deep down.
Once you realize what's up, you can address the fears and move forward.
Procrastination is normal AND it’s fixable and this is a powerful tool to get you started.
You’re usually procrastinating for a reason. It’s to be expected especially if the task has deep meanings attached.
Find the reason(s), address the need(s), and take action!
