What if, when anxiety floods your system, you don't try to calm down but instead expand the space around you to make room for more?
I recently heard Luis Mojica refer to anxiety as life force energy - @holistic.life.navigation and he referenced allowing it to "unfurl."
In Train Your Body to Wealth, our core work from Day 1 is creating an alter ego who can handle the faster-flowing energy of wealth and calibrating and then regulating our bodies to hold that frequency.
We talk a lot about the pain of growing capacity.
Anxious sensations are often experienced when you speed up your money systems. Changing frequency is very uncomfortable, and we use many tools to adjust to this new level of manifesting quickly.
I've had SO much anxiety over my housing transition. Today, as I was driving to look at the new house again and talk about kitchen and flooring options (we're under contract now, btw), I was again flooded with panicky anxiety sensations.
Then it hit me: I'm moving into a faster frequency again. I moved a lot in 2022, which created a ton of abundance. I spent time finding comfort with maintaining the frequency in 2023, and now here I go again.
Life force energy, which I'm constantly drawing in more of, moving through me means more money, more synchronicity, more magic, and, in the beginning - more discomfort.
Previous uplevels were modulated with food, specifically carbs, to slow it all down. I don't do that anymore, and my A1c number thanks me for it, but now this change in frequency is NOT impeded.
This stepping into a faster flow is going as fast as my physical body can handle it, and I've been interpreting that as panic attacks.
I've been contracting in the face of new and intense discomfort. On the drive, as the anxious sensations ramped up again, I chose to make space, to expand, to let it unfurl.
It worked.
I got my measurements, got excited about a new kitchen and fresh flooring, and fell more in love with this beautiful property to live in with my family. I'm 100% OK now with the transition, not with how it happened because I don't like someone else's choices and demands forcing me into situations, but the new place is going to be really good.
