I want to give you this sample of what can happen in the ongoing coaching group, which you can choose to join after your first 40-day cycle through Train Your Body to Wealth. We meet throughout the month for tapping, Q and A, and sometimes things like this come up, and we jump right into a process!
For context, Train Your Body to Wealth approaches manifesting money from a somatic framework. We are working with your nervous system to allow the faster-moving, stronger sensations of wealth to become comfortable since, in the beginning, increased wealth triggers the body to seek safety in our Familiar Bad Feeling Place.
We start with bodybuilding, so to speak because mindset work alone is a waste of time and energy.
The missing link in money programs is this direct work with the nervous system. My group is more successful because you can do the Learn Facts and Work Mindset path until your pockets have nothing but lint left in them, OR you can learn that the previous two items trigger your Nervous System to reject the very thing you're trying to get more of - CASH!
We start at the body, go up to the mind, and then bounce back and forth between the two for proven and sustainable change with money.
We do all this before ever learning any new facts about the world of wealth.
Body is the missing link. Body is what radiates your energy to the world. Leave the body out - stay broke. Befriend the Body? Make more money. It's that simple.
In group coaching today, we discussed how, in leaving our Familiar Bad Feeling Place, we create a moment of limbo. We step into liminal space where we have let go of the old but are not yet grounded in the new.
Liminal spaces can be frightening, so we can exercise our power to create a new place to land right now. That’s just what we did in today’s session, and I want to share that with you!

Installing Wealth in The Body Meditation Jan 13, 2024

Okay, we're going to do resource installation.
We're going to give ourselves a place to stand as our wealthy selves. To feel comfortable, a place to go when the call of our Familiar Bad Feeling Place gets loud.
Excuse me, so taking a breath. Dropping down into your feet, awareness of your feet.
And allow your mind to settle.
To come to a slow, stable feeling. Tuning into the vibration and the heartbeat of the earth itself, which is very slow. Very peaceful. Very grounded. Very comfortable. A slowing down.
And imagine a feeling of home, coming home to the body's place, the body's home base. Returning to an awareness of the energy that your body is made of, the organic materials.
And imagine that the bottoms of your feet are receiving that earth energy, just flowing gently upward. And imagine that there's a grounding cord, a conduit, from your tailbone to the center of the earth that's also aware of its receiving. This deeply nourishing earth energy, reminding the body of how powerful it is to be slow and connected, and reminding the body of how strong, flexible, and wonderful it is.
As you move this energy up through your legs, through your spine, through the central channel of your body, in front of your spine, just know, feel, or become aware of any sticky places, any places where the energy feels like it doesn't flow upward easily. And just ask that those areas open to receive a little bit more, or ask if they can be softened or dissolved.
And moving that energy all the way up through your legs, to your hip sockets, your pelvic bowl. Just noting any areas of resistance.
And flowing that upward through your abdomen, your chest, your stomach, your throat.
Let your body twist, move, shake if you need to.
And allow that energy to flow up through your shoulders, down your arms, and out your fingertips, splashing back down to the earth.
And give a little extra attention to your throat. Dissolving any obstacles to speaking your truth, to claiming your space, to manifesting in new ways, and specifically to manifesting more money flowing through your life. Speaking your desires into existence. So allow this earth energy to dissolve, transform, transmute any restrictions that may be here.
And allow that energy to flow upward through your jaw, your teeth, your sinuses, through your eyes. Spend a little time here at your third eye and your physical eyes. Just providing a little boost for what else can be imagined? How much more can you perceive, create, accept? How much more dynamic can your dreams become?
Are you letting yourself dream to your full capacity?
Just imagine that this third eye is just absorbing this earth energy because it grounds the vision and provides the fuel for bigger visions, more fulfilling visions, and visions of things that you might need but never have even thought of.
And allow that energy to flow upward and out through your crown chakra, fountaining out all around you. So make this column of earth energy so big that it goes past the edges of your skin, three feet in every direction. This giant fountain of particles of light flowing up through your feet, all the way out your crown, fountaining down around you.
In all directions. Splashing back down to the earth. Coming back through your feet. Notice how your body can generate energy this way.
Now, for this exercise, because we are working on manifesting a tangible physical reality. We're just going to stay with that Earth energy. We know that cosmic energy is present, that we're going to hold our attention on the physical realm. So bring your attention now to your heart space. Your physical heart, you may want to put a hand on your heart.
If you're tapping, you may want to tap on your heart and the top of your head, or your heart and your throat, or your heart and your abdomen.
And just Give a blessing to your physical heart, the crossroads for all of this energy, earth, cosmic, all the energies crossing at the heart.
And just give some energy to your heart, and take a look around inside your heart, in the energy space. Just imagine that you can step inside your heart chakra, your heart center, and turn around inside this heart center, Looking to see if there's anything calling your attention. If it's dark in there, add some light. Turn the lights on. Give yourself a flashlight.
Imagine there are windows in your heart center. And see, feel, hear, know that the energy is lightening in there, in your heart.
And in terms of money, take a look at the back of your heart. Notice if there's anything that calls your attention at the back of your heart related to this adventure you're on with bringing more money into your life with more ease.
And whatever you're finding, ask what needs to happen here with this glimmer of light, or this sadness, or I don't want to leave anybody behind, I don't want to get wealthy and leave anybody behind, I don't want to make so much money that I become isolated. Notice what's living here in the heart, fears about losing loving connection with others because of a change in your financial situation.
And remember to call on your guides, your ancestors, all the, uh, helping and supportive energies that you have available to help transform what needs to happen here, what needs to change.
You can call in a divine cleaning crew to remodel these areas.
You can ask for a delivery of energy that helps change the resonant field. To resonate with the faster-flowing energy of wealth.
And as you bring more energy in or you're working with what's here, look at the bottom of your heart center and make sure there's an opening for all of the work you're doing to drop down through your solar plexus sacral root and down into the center of the earth.
So we aren't just fantasizing about things; we're bringing them into our reality by engaging with the body's lower energy centers.
So anchor all of this, make sure there's an opening there. You're building, and creating a new field.
So when you listen to this again, you can pause it here, but for now, I want to take you on, um, re-listening. You can pause the recording and continue working with what you're finding if you're, if need be. But for now, If you're in the middle of something, just let yourself know that you will come back and continue doing whatever needs to be done.
But for now, we're going to visit our old way of thinking and feeling about money, the poor self, poverty girl, um, our family's instructions. So, we're gonna look for our Familiar Bad Feeling Place, our self-pity zone. Our default under stress position. So, imagine that inside of your heart. And you're compassionately widening your ability to perceive your own system.
So, with compassionate curiosity, let's invite the Familiar Bad Feeling Place to take a shape. Maybe it's a house. Mine is an amusement park that's not amusing at all. So just imagine that your Familiar Bad Feeling Place is taking a shape in front of you, inside your heart space. So, what does this Familiar Bad Feeling Place look like?
And let it take the shape it wants. Don't try to direct it. Don't let your mind think, well, I think it looks like this. Let it take shape for you as it really is.
Go ahead and walk into it or hold it in your hands. Or if it's a person, take its hand. Notice how that place feels in your body. How does it feel? To be in that low energy, sad space, or self-pity place? How does it make your legs feel?
How does it feel in your pelvic bowl, in your root and sacral centers? What does it do to them?
What does it do to your shoulders, your neck? Does it change the position of your head when you feel this sloggy place? Notice if your body starts to collapse and sort of sink down physically.
And really send loving energy here. This is the place, the space, the thoughts that kept you safe to the best of its ability. Your body was keeping you safe, preserving your strength, doing whatever it could. To make sure that you didn't become completely insane as you experience life. This protective zone is to be blessed, and loved, and forgiven.
This strangely beautiful, so well-intentioned, protective space. We can be so grateful for it. We really needed it at the time.
So say thank you. Thank you for saving my life. Thank you for protecting my mind, for giving me shelter, for giving me a place to go when I needed to.
And spread that love all the way down into the center of the earth, all the way up to the center of the universe. Just really taking a moment to really love this place.
And now, let this place know you're not going to be visiting here, uh, anymore. We're going to say goodbye. And goodbye in the sense that this is a natural parting of ways. This is maybe a brief sadness, but you're familiar by feeling places like, Okay, job well done. I did my job, and now we're going to go to the next place.
So just take a moment, say goodbye, and know that you're never going to visit this place again in the same way you used to.
And when you think of this place, Dissolving. Oh, what does that do to your body? How does your position change? Notice if your spine is changing, or the position of your head is changing, or your feet are doing something. Notice what happens in your body. You're like, yeah, we already don't come back to this Familiar Bad Feeling Place in the way we used to, and now we're really not going to come back.
We're going to be aware of it, be grateful for it, but we're not going to dive in and hang out here anymore.
And when this place comes calling, we know that it's just echoes from the past, and we acknowledge it, and we say, Oh, yeah, I used to go there. I used to spend most of my time there.
Oh, I'm so grateful that that place existed once upon a time, and now it's gone, and I'm just hearing echoes from the past, and I don't allow myself to listen to echoes from the past. I just hear them and keep going. It's okay.
Take a deep breath, and imagine that all the residue as this place dissolves, dissolve it, or shrink it smaller. Get creative with how you're letting go of this place, this habitual state of affairs. You can turn it into a piece of paper and set it on fire. You can flow it down your grounding cord and put that energy into the earth to be transmuted.
Let go of it. Maybe you just open your hands, and it disappears. Maybe you close the door, and you turn around and walk away, and it dissolves behind you. So we're not leaving it where we can come back. We're dissolving it.
And fill the space left behind with gold light, those particles of gold light.
And now, fill your entire heart space with those little glittery particles of gold light. Imagine you can see them floating, feel them, perceive them floating all around you.
They're zinging in different directions, just everywhere, glowing particles of light.
And now, take this light through every part of your body. Imagine that your bloodstream is just absorbing, sponging up all these particles of gold light, and now they're circulating through your entire body. Tapping them in if you choose. Maybe you tap your lower abdomen, let your root chakra be activated, your sacral, your solar plexus, that needs the beliefs to support what this gold light means.
Imagine these particles of light entering your eyes, all of your energy centers, enlivening, recreating, and transforming all the structures in your physical body that used to support that Familiar Bad Feeling Place. So, surrounded by these gold particles of light, let's create our new home base, our new place to go. It's not entirely new because we've been working on it, but let's give some structure to where we need to land.
We are in the in-between. The Familiar Bad Feeling Place is dissolved. We've said goodbye. We're never going to visit it in the same way again. Now we're in the in-between. Surrounded by gold light, but not really knowing where to land. Where do we go now?
So call on all benevolent beings, all the energies around you, any animal allies, the spirits of the earth that you're on right now, the spirits of your home, or the house, or apartment, or motel room that you're in, calling on all the energies around you, and asking these gold particles of light and
Recognize the weird feeling of power in, oh, I can create something completely new. I don't need permission from anyone. I don't need a blueprint. I don't need to go read a book or have a coach or a therapist, or anyone tell me what kind of place to create.
This weird feeling of, ooh, I get to create any place, any state where I am a wealthy, powerful, empowered, extremely creative, wildly free, wealthy person.
This is my go-to place. Now, what is this place?
And what is your body doing in this moment? Are you sitting up? Is your energy higher? Can you sense the faster, the faster vibration of those gold particles? Are your shoulders different? Is your position of your head any different? Notice. What your feet are doing? Connect your grounding cord.
I'm going to be silent for a minute, and you create your new familiar. Your new normal. Your familiar wealthy feeling place. Your familiar good-feeling place. Whatever name you want to put on it, this is you creating your go-to, solid, grounded, new place. Okay, I'm going to be silent.
Make sure that the energies are flowing from your heart. Through the top of your head and your heart, all the way down through all your centers to the center of the earth. We're anchoring this in reality, in the physical realm.
Now, what needs to happen, what, um, what kind of system needs to be in place here for you to remember to come here, even when you're tired, even when you feel grumpy? If you receive an unexpected bill, or your income's not what you want it to be, or your business isn't working the way you want it to work, you don't feel motivated, how are you going to remember to come here instead of trying to recreate your, the other place that shall not be named?
Maybe you ask your body to give you a quick stomach pain. cramp, or to bring your attention to when you're holding your breath.
Some sort of prompt for you to remember: Oh, yeah, I already built this other place, this new place, that's soon to be my familiar, wealthy place. That's me. All myself.
Maybe you set a cell phone alarm, and for 60 seconds every hour, you visit this place very intentionally and deliberately and feel how it affects your physicality. What are your hips doing? What's your stomach doing?
When you think of this new place, can you feel your heart center expanding?
And does this place have a name?
Just ask it. Do you have a name? Is there a name I can call you? Or is this just my wealthy zone?
And now, in this new place, let's invite the Deva of Wealth, the Angel of Wealth, the Spirit of Wealth. However, you frame that for yourself. Invite that representation of the energy of money to join you in your heart space, in your wealthy zone.
How does your body change when the energy of money is with you? What is it doing? What are your feet doing? What's your belly doing?
Are you able to maintain your stability in your grounding cord with this energy of wealth present? Notice how your body is responding.
And now ask the energy of wealth. Is there something that it has to give you? A symbol? A sign? An anchor?
Does the energy of money have something to give you?
Notice your ability to receive something from the energy of money, the deva of money.
Notice if there's dragon energy present, and what shape does it take? How does it appear to you, and how does it feel to you? If you aren't perceiving that, that's fine, too.
And know that you can consult with this deva of money, the spirit of money, before you take action on your business or your investments. It has wisdom to offer you. You can ask first.
Thank the energy of money and invite it to stay with you. It's not a thing that needs to leave. You can stay connected to it. It's all energy. So, just notice what your system wants. Maybe awareness of the intensity of that energy needs to be a micro dose today. That's okay.
Checking your connection to the Earth. Noticing what your physical body is doing right now. Maybe it really wants to move now. Or maybe it just feels really centered and grounded and peaceful.
So take one more look at your newly built wealthy zone.
Thank all the energies holding this space for you. Thank your body for integrating this energy as best it can for today.
Notice if there are parts of you that really want to fall asleep, drift away, or tune out, and invite those parts to stick with the process.
And now tell yourself in this space, I will remember to go here. On a daily basis, I will remember, I choose to remember that this is my new home base. This is where I hang out. This is the place that nourishes me and fuels my finances. This is where I go now. And I remember, come here.
I choose to remember. To come here regularly.
And now, just once again, filling your entire energy field with the awareness of those little gold particles of light, just sort of washing through your system, sort of like at a car wash, just rinsing away everything that's ready to go now, everything we may have loosened up. Any debris from any of the cleaning processes.
Just washing all that down through your grounding cord right down into the center of the earth, where it's just transformed to pure energy. We don't have to worry about it, track it, or think about it.
Just take a moment to just tap on your body. Wherever you feel called to, just tap this in, just really anchor this in.
I want you to grab the ring finger of your left hand with your right hand. So, with your right hand, grab the ring finger of your left hand. And just grip it. And anchor, give yourself this anchor place. So whenever you hear something calling you from the past, you can grab your ring finger and remember.
Whenever you're looking at your numbers, or you get your tax bill, anything that might have in the past made you feel wobbly, you make yourself a lifeline with this ring finger. Just grab onto it and give it a squeeze. Sort of like you can flip the switch by grabbing this finger. And anchoring into it.
Everything that you've created today. Making it physical. We build in energy space, and we create and manifest that through the body.
And we remember that. Grab your ring finger.
Take a big, deep breath.
Now, notice how your body feels now. Just a quick check-in. Scan head to toe. What is your face doing? Your head? How are your shoulders? How's your chest? Your stomach? How are your hips? Your legs? Your feet?
Take another deep, big breath, just blow that out. Bring your attention back to where you are in time and space. Wiggle your feet in your shoes or your socks or feel. Whatever your feet are in contact with the floor or whatever it is. Twist and move your spine a little bit. Just twist around back and forth. Twist and look over your shoulder behind you.
And then twist and look the other direction over your shoulder behind you. Rotate your neck. Just wiggle around a little bit. Become aware of the sounds in the room. The temperature of the room. And you can open your eyes and go about your day or go on to sleep. Whatever you choose to do.
