I have heard so many variations of people's fear of being seen as the reason they don't follow through on what they know creates success. It’s heartbreaking, and it’s very often a simple and fixable issue: a physical body’s nervous system that lacks the capacity for high-intensity sensations—that’s it.
I have put the most common reasons I’ve heard on a mind map for you.
When you see them on paper, it's easier to see which ones are just head trash, ways you can manage these and refuse to let them stop you, and areas where you might need to work with your physical nervous system to feel the fear and do it anyway.

People pay me good money for strategy, action plans, and clear step-by-step instructions for achieving their goals. But then we hop off Zoom, and they don’t take action. I alternatively want to shake people by the scruff of the neck or start drinking to numb the sadness I feel when I know how much you want something and what’s in your way is so figureoutable.
